Redesigning the license management experience for PTC software
I worked with a dynamic team and led the UX design, making meaningful contributions to following task:
Conducting client workshops, desk research and analyzing data from Voice of the Customer surveys.
Creating informative complex artifacts like user journeys, personas and task flows.
Proposing user centric solutions and wire-framing key screens.
Conducting qual + quant usability tests, gathering feedback and making improvements to the design

Enhancing the business registration and DMV services for State of Connecticut
I collaborated with a large team of designers and engineers to increase efficiency and improve usability of Connecticut's BRS and DMV portals.
